Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Arella developed a passion for storytelling, live entertainment, and the arts from an early age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is the Assistant Company Manager for the smash hit <a href=\"https:\/\/mammamiathetour.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>MAMMA MIA! <\/em>25th Anniversary Tour.<\/a> She has formerly held roles with <a href=\"https:\/\/321mgt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">321 Theatrical Management<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/barringtonstageco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barrington Stage Company<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blumenthalarts.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blumenthal Performing Arts<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jujamcyn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jujamcyn Theaters<\/a>, working on Broadway and touring shows including <em><a href=\"https:\/\/wickedthemusical.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wicked<\/a><\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/funnygirlonbroadway.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Funny Girl<\/em> <\/a>(Revival), <em><a href=\"https:\/\/intothewoodsbway.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Into the Woods<\/a> <\/em>(Revival), and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/hamiltonmusical.com\/new-york\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hamilton<\/a><\/em>.
